Terms & Conditions 

  1. All Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance via phone or online to avoid the Late cancellation charge.
  2. Late Cancellation/No Show Fee – Full class fee
  3. All class reminders are sent via email.
  4. All classes are paid in advance.
  5. All prices are VAT inclusive.
  6. All payments are non-refundable or transferable.
  7. Payment method- Visa/Master, credit/debit card, or cash
  8. The New Client offer package- One-time purchase only
  9. Package expiration- 1 month extension fee AED 150. T’s & C’s apply.
  10. Purchased packages- Receipt/Invoice is sent automatically by email.
  11. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  12. Allowed user- 18 years old and above.
  13. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user account.

GOVERNING LAW

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and all legal proceedings shall be filed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
